Making a Report to the University


The Office of Investigations and Civil Rights Compliance strives to respond to and resolve all reports in a prompt and equitable manner while providing support to all affected parties.

The following applies to reports other than those made as part of employee reporting responsibilities: The university encourages reports to be made in close proximity to the incident even though reports can be made to the university, confidential staff, and law enforcement at any time.

Reports of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation affecting or committed by students (including Graduate Employees), employees, non-students, and the university are investigated by the Office of Investigations and Civil Rights Compliance. To make a report, click the button below.
