To make a report, submit a Physical/Online Access Barrier Report form to the Work Control Center, which is staffed Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may also email the Office of Investigations and Civil Rights Compliance at oicrc@uoregon.edu if you have any questions or concerns about possible barriers.
If this is an urgent situation (e.g., involves flooding or hazardous spills), please call Campus Planning & Facilities Management Customer Service at 541-346-2319. For after hours service, contact the UO Police Department at 541-346-2919.
